1. Return Eligibility
- Return Period: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- UK & EU Customers: Our policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection regulations, including the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations where applicable.
- Item Condition: Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
2. Free Returns
To make your shopping experience worry-free, Tack Leather offers free return shipping on eligible returns.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns or exchanges.
- Prepaid Return Label: Once your return request has been approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- Return Authorization Required: Returns sent without prior approval or without using the provided return label may not be accepted or processed.
3. How to Request a Return
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@tackleather.com and include your Order Number along with the reason for your return.
- Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, attach the provided label, and drop it off at the designated courier location, such as FedEx, DHL, or USPS.
4. Refund Process
- Inspection: All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved. The exact timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
- Exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Shipping for approved exchanges is provided free of charge.
- If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photographs of the item and its packaging. After reviewing your request, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
